Baylor University: Assistant Professor
The Department of Sociology at Baylor University seeks candidates for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position to begin August 2020. We seek a sociologist with a research emphasis in inequality who can contribute to one of our doctoral program areas: sociology of religion, community analytics, health and society. We are especially interested in candidates who can teach courses in stratification, race/ethnicity, or gender. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Sociology or a related discipline, a research agenda indicative of scholarly success, and a commitment to graduate and undergraduate teaching. The successful candidate is expected to seek external funding to support their research agenda.
