The SSSR welcomes sponsors for its 2025 Annual Meeting October 31-November 2, 2025 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  We welcome your ideas for innovative sponsorship opportunities and invite you to contact us to start the discussion or consider supporting one of the Sponsored Activities below:

  • General Conference Sponsorship
  • International Scholars Breakfast
  • SSSR Presidential Reception
  • New Books Reception
  • Networking Luncheon

Six levels of sponsorship are available:

  1. Lucite ($250-$499) includes recognition in conference app and on sponsor signage.
  2. Steel ($500-$999) includes recognition in the conference app, on sponsor signage, and as appropriate, special signage at sponsored event.
  3. Bronze ($1000-$2,499) receives one complimentary annual meeting registration, recognition in the conference app, listing on sponsor signage, and as appropriate, special signage at sponsored event.
  4. Silver ($2500-$4999) receives two complimentary annual meeting registrations, recognition in the conference app, listing on sponsor signage, and as appropriate, special signage at sponsored event.
  5. Gold ($5000-$9999) receives three annual meeting registrations, recognition in the conference app, special signage at sponsored event, and listing on sponsor signage. Gold sponsors can choose to be a featured sponsor of one meeting event.
  6. Platinum ($10,000 or more) receives four complimentary conference registrations, recognition in the conference app, special signage at sponsored event, and listing on sponsor signage.  Platinum sponsors can choose to be named as a featured sponsor of two meeting events (e.g., plenary reception, Networking Luncheon or other).
