SSSR 2024 Networking Lunch
Registration is now open for the Networking Luncheon on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at the SSSR+RRA 2024 Annual Meeting in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This lunch is complimentary for all meeting attendees, but you must register online for the luncheon by September 24, 2024 to attend.
The SSSR strategic plan prioritizes networking opportunities as a way to welcome and incorporate new attendees, especially those who are not sociologists, are based outside of Canada and the United States, and add to our diversity. The event will bring together attendees around shared interests.
When you register, please indicate your networking interest(s) so we can create themed tables using the most common topics. Boxed lunches will be available beginning at 12:15 p.m. on Saturday, October 19. If you have a dietary restriction that precludes you from being able to eat any of the menu choices, please contact the SSSR Executive Office at office@sssreligion.org.
The menus choices are:
Roast Sirloin of Beef with fire roasted peppers, baby swiss on ciabatta bread
Grilled Zucchini Wrap with yellow squash, eggplant, and roasted red pepper wrapped in a spinach tortilla
Pesto Grilled Chicken Salad with grape tomatoes on croissant
All lunches include a soft drink or bottled water.
